Reginald Denny

REGINALD DENNY was born in London, England, on November 20th., 1891, and received his education in England. He is the son of W. H. Denny, who was a well-known player, being famous for his roles in Gilbert and Sullivan light operas. His grandmother was Mrs. Henry Lee of the Drury Lane Theatre. When but 6 years old he made his first stage appearance, and when about 18 years old, arrived in New York, where he essayed to make a name for himself on the speaking stage. The screen world finally made a place for Mr. Denny and he achieved stardom through his realistic characterization in Universal's famous "Leather Pushers" series. He is a wonderful boxer, swims splendidly, dances and is an expert rifle shot. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 180 lbs., and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
