Herbert Rawlinson
HERBERT RAWLINSON was born in Brighton, England, on November 15th., 1885, and received his education in Hayward's School, and later at the College of St. Servan, in France. Many occupations claimed his time and interest ere he essayed a career on the stage, but once he embarked upon such a career his progress was rapid. He first played with a circus, later appearing in road and stock companies where he played juvenile leads. Arriving in the United States he found the films just becoming popular. Accordingly, he joined the old Selig Company. He has since gained fame and is noted as one of the real athletes of the screen, his agility and prowess being used to great advantage in many of his pictures. He is 6 feet in height, weighs 175 lbs., and has brown hair and blue eyes.
