Frank Mayo
FRANK MAYO was born in New York City, in 1886, and received the major part of his education at Peekskill Military Academy in New York State. His grandfather brought him before the public as an actor in "Davy Crockett," and following a tour of the country in repertoire and engagements with various stock companies, he finally made his appearance on Broadway playing the lead in many successful productions. England was the scene of his next appearance. The silent drama next appealed to Mr. Mayo, and he appeared with distinction as leading man for many screen stars, finally being elevated to stardom himself. He is a student of great renown, plays billiards with great proficiency, and rides and swims excellently. Mr. Mayo is 6 feet in height, weighs 165 lbs., and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
