Jack Hoxie
JACK HOXIE, born on an Oklahoma cattle ranch, spent most of his early life riding and roping cattle. Naturally a most unusually apt rider, he developed into one of the best trick and fancy riders in his state. Before he was twenty, he was well known wherever rodeos are popular, and he won several championships before deserting the ranch for Hollywood. His riding prowess won him quick recognition in motion pictures and he soon became a star in Lasky's "Lightning Bryce." Riding and roping are still among his most popular pastimes, and he never fails to return to his Oklahoma ranch for a short visit when his vacations between pictures permit. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 198 lbs., and has brown hair and blue eyes.
