Edward Earle

EDWARD EARLE was born in Toronto, Canada, and was educated there. He has played on the stage in Canada and in the United States in many dramatic productions and has toured in vaudeville. He made his screen debut with Edison in the early days of motion pictures and has since played with distinction for many producers. His greatest success was with Agnes Ayres in a long series of two reel productions of O. Henry stories, which won him the title of "The O. Henry Man," which he will never lose. Had he not decided on a theatrical career, he might have been an artist, an aviator or an automobile racing driver, for he has tried his hand at each and was uniformly successful in all. He is 5 feet 11 1/2 inches in height, weighs 165 lbs., and has brown hair and light eyes.
