Sirup of Cream

- Put a pound of white sugar to each pint of fresh sweet cream, boil it, stirring it all the time; put it in a cool place until it is perfectly cold, then put it in one or two-ounce phials, cork and seal them. Prepared in this way, it may be kept for several weeks.
