Edmund Lowe
EDMUND LOWE was born in San Jose, California, on March 3rd., and received his education at Santa Clara College from which he graduated imbued with the idea that he would become a school teacher. While at college he had evinced a decided interest in college dramatics, and though qualified to become a teacher, chose a theatrical career, making his first appearance with a stock company in Los Angeles. Gradually this handsome star forged to the front, and after a tour of the country reached Broadway, where he appeared with great success in "The Sun-Daughter." He has since appeared with distinction on the screen, making his first notable screen success in Equity's production of "Eyes of Youth." Mr. Lowe is a splendid dancer, swims and rides well, and plays golf. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 170 lbs., and has light brown hair and blue eyes.
