BETTY BLYTHE was born in Los Angeles, Cal., in 1893, and received her education in the public schools of that city, and later at the University of California, finishing with a short term in Paris. Following a long period of dramatic work on the speaking stage, Miss Blythe appeared in motion pictures making her debut with the Vitagraph Company, since which time she has worked for most important producers. Hers is a splendid personality, and her ability as an actress has stamped her as one of the screen's brightest stars. Miss Blythe is married, is a popular entertainer in her social circle, being the possessor of a beautiful voice, she at one time having studied for grand opera. She is one of the statuesque beauties of the screen, being 5 feet 7 inches in height, and weighing 140 lbs. She has dark hair and blue eyes.
