Cream Snow
Take a pint of sweet cream, mix with it eight teaspoonfuls of white powdered sugar, the whites of two eggs, and a tablespoonful of orange-flower water, or a teaspoonful of lemon or vanilla extract; whip it, take off the froth as it rises, and continue to beat it until you have enough.
