Bryant Washburn
BRYANT WASHBURN was born in Chicago, Ill., on April 28th., 1889, and when a youth lived in Racine, Wisconsin. He received his education there and in Chicago, where he again lived after his 12th. birthday. In Chicago he attended Lake View High School, meanwhile becoming head usher at the Chicago Opera House. He then became treasurer of the theatre, and when George Fawcett offered him a small part in his play he accepted, later appearing in stock. He has had a wide theatrical experience, and finally essayed an entry into screendom by appearing in Essanay pictures. It was a considerable time afterwards that he first went to Hollywood, where he appeared in Paramount pictures, with great success. He is married, has two children, and is 6 feet tall, weighing 160 lbs. He has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
