Now they are so narrow, requires some care and skill, especially when your ball is not straight in front. In such a case care must be taken to aim inside the further wire or leg of the hoop. The leapfrog or jump stroke has been used with good effect for running hoops--the reason why will be understood by such of our young friends as are skilled in billiards.
